Location: Remote 
Duration: 3+ Months 

Job Description:
Will NOT considered candidates without having experience managing a contingent workforce program for clients. 
Need to have min 3-4 years. 
Must have MSP Program Manager experience, running a contingent program
Must have VMS exp. prefer Beeline.
Potential to go perm if the right fit
Must be in either CST or EST

•    This role is for a Managed Service Program (MSP) Program Manager.
•    Manage the day to day activity of running the contingent workforce program for a specific client.
•    Manage and coordinate service delivery for our clients.
•    This role also oversees a team of dedicated delivery personnel and is also responsible for performing activities as needed.
•    Clearly understand client expectations, terms and conditions to ensure service delivery is aligned with client guidelines, and is responsible for issue resolution and will escalate when appropriate.
•    Manage a Client Dedicated Delivery team, which may include multiple roles (Client Delivery Specialists and Client Delivery Professionals), multiple sites.
•    Determine and coordinate work allocation amongst dedicated delivery team, field offices, and program team. Ensure cohesiveness and seamless service to client.
•    Create and execute strategy designed with client program leadership team regarding client satisfaction, growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.
•    Monitor and track client compliance requirements and dashboards to ensure we are meeting client service level agreements and requirements.
•    Manage and drive service level agreement requirements (SLA’s / KPIs) and other determined Client or Client criteria.
•    Build strong relationships and trust with local client hiring managers / end users through continuous interaction and service mentality. Drive client satisfaction and retention.
•    Work directly with Client to forecast upcoming labor needs and respond to immediate labor needs. Deliver a timely response and act as the first point of contact for all associate inquiries/issues; find the appropriate resources to assist associates and communicate resolutions or findings to appropriate parties.
•    Partners with appropriate internal departments to address and resolve issues.
•    Establish and manage associate development, engagement and retention programs utilizing various resources to drive performance and recognition.
•    Own the resolution of overall client and associate issues.

Required Skills
•    3-4 Years as a Program Manager managing an MSP Program for contingent labor
•    3+ Years VMS experience, prefer Beeline
