Job title:  Sales Support Analyst
Location:  Alpharetta, GA 30004
Duration:  6+ months contract with a potential for extension

Job Description:

  • Maintain the Halyard Health Care Sales reporting and Customer Management systems with on-going security requirements, monthly validations, monthly data releases and on-going customer support.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to field and staff sales to enhance their ability to sell with the ultimate goal of maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards exhibiting sales trends and analysis for sales management.
  • Develop and implement databases and processes to capture, cleanse, and report data in an efficient manner Analyse sales data and provide reports highlighting key trends, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Support the Sales Incentive processes to effectively calculate and communicate sales commissions for multiple sales programs based on vary sets of data Effective communications across multiple HalyardHC functional groups.
  • Work with business users to translate business information needs into reporting requirement Work directly with the IT team to plan, develop and execute client testing of all systems changes.


  • Bachelor degree; MIS/IT or Finance focus preferred Experience with or knowledge of business intelligence software such as SAP BW reporting systems, Access, Excel PowerPivot, Microsoft Sequel Server Reporting, QlikView or other business intelligence/analysis systems Strong capabilities in data analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or SharePoint designer is a plus Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development

Purpose of the Position:

To heighten sales performance and accelerate channel partner growth by conceiving, designing, executing, and delivering effective and efficient coordination and analytics to channel partners, key account team and sales leadership Essential Duties 


  • Act as primary support for channel partners, key account team, and field sales management in respective channel partner geographies including but not limited to:
  • Contract preparation
  • Sales reports
  • Incentives
  • Ensure execution of on-boarding and off-boarding of channel partners, including coordinating training and education
  • Provide recommendations for improving on boarding efficiency
  • Develop and leverage strong understanding of the channel partner relationship to conceive, design and execute analytics and decision making.
  • Understand and leverage systems to develop queries, create and update dashboards, collect and analyse data for sales performance.
  • Prepare, and assist in the validation of sales and performance. Develop and implement performance evaluation on the basis of activity, pipeline, and sales.
  • Assist in reviewing, tracking, and evaluating channel partner targets and overall structure. Continually assess channel partner landscape to determine relevance to business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Robust skill in MS Access and MS Word preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization systems strongly preferred, such as Tableau and Qlik Sense.
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage systems is strongly preferred, as well as understanding of system interrelationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and translate business needs to business processes and reports.
  • Experience in medical device.
